Geophysical Geological research in collaboration between NTUA and Uppsala University (UU) in the area of Petra on the island of Lesvos with the aim of locating the geothermal field of the area. NTUA will be involved in geophysical research with the Gravitational and Magnetic method and geological research while UU will be involved in geophysical research with the seismic reflection method using wireless geophones and the 18 ton Vibroseis seismic source.
