Dear colleagues,<\/p>\n

We are pleased to announce the ELMO-LION European PhD course and Summer School in battery technology and innovation, co-funded by EIT RawMaterials. The program offers 6 ECTS credits and is structured into three modules:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Online Lectures<\/strong>: Eight two-hour digital lectures delivered by renowned battery experts, covering topics such as battery material synthesis, spectroscopic studies, first-principles modeling, diagnostics, reuse, recycling, and the battery market. The participation fee is 50\u20ac.<\/li>\n
  2. Project Work<\/strong>: Students will address real-world challenges provided by industrial partners, developing solutions through literature review and original ideas. These projects are conducted remotely under mentor supervision, culminating in a written report. The participation fee is 50\u20ac.<\/li>\n
  3. Summer School<\/strong>: Held in Padova, Italy, from July 28th<\/sup>\u00a0to August 1st<\/sup>, this five-day event features lectures and seminars by industry and academic experts, workshops on securing startup funding, and collaborative project development with supervision from both sectors. The participation fee is 450\u20ac, which includes lectures and seminars, accommodation for 4 nights, lunches, coffee breaks, and a banquet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
