Αρτίν Χατζηκιοσεγιάν

Ο κ. Αρτίν Χατζηκιοσεγιάν είναι Χημικός Μηχανικός του ΕΜΠ με Master of Science (M.Sc.) στη βιοτεχνολογία και τα συστήματα βιοαντιδραστήρων από το University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST, UK). Η διδακτορική του διατριβή με θέμα "Μαθηματική προσομοίωση αλληλεπίδρασης μετάλλων-μικροοργανισμών σε βιολογικούς αντιδραστήρες πλανκτονικής και ακινητοποιημένης βιομάζας" έγινε στη Σχολή Μηχανικών Μεταλλείων Μεταλλουργών του ΕΜΠ. Από το 1996 εργάζεται στο Εργαστήριο Επιστήμης και Τεχνολογίας Προστασίας του Περιβάλλοντος στη Μεταλλουργία και Τεχνολογία Υλικών ως επιστημονικός συνεργάτης σε εθνικά και διεθνή ερευνητικά προγράμματα. Από το 2014 είναι μέλος ΕΔΙΠ του εργαστηρίου. Συμμετέχει στη διδασκαλία των μαθημάτων «Χημεία», «Περιβάλλον Ι (Εισαγωγή στην επιστήμη και την τεχνολογία προστασίας του περιβάλλοντος)», «Τεχνολογία επεξεργασίας υγρών αποβλήτων» και «Περιβαλλοντική χημεία και μηχανισμοί κινητικότητας ρύπων».

Το κύριο αντικείμενο της ερευνητικής του δραστηριότητας εντάσσεται στην περιοχή της περιβαλλοντικής βιοτεχνολογίας με έμφαση στον σχεδιασμό, την ανάπτυξη και την μηχανιστική προσομοίωση βιοτεχνολογικών διεργασιών παρουσία μετάλλων. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε οκτώ (8) διεθνή και επτά (7) εθνικά ερευνητικά προγράμματα καθώς και στο πρόγραμμα COST, Action ES1302, European Network on Ecological Functions of Trace Metals in Anaerobic Biotechnologies. Συνυπογράφει εννέα (9) δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή περιοδικά με κριτές, δεκαπέντε εργασίες (15) σε πρακτικά συνεδρίων με κριτές, πέντε (5) πρακτικά συνεδρίων χωρίς κρίση, τέσσερα (4) posters και δύο (2) κεφάλαια βιβλίων.  Έχει επίσης συμμετάσχει ως μέλος εξεταστικών επιτροπών σε τέσσερεις (4) επιτροπές διεθνών διδακτορικών διατριβών. Στο επιστημονικό του έργο αναφέρονται 395 ετεροαναφορές με δείκτη h-index 12 (στοιχεία Google scholar – Σεπτέμβριος 2018).
